The Cooper Cooler™ is a household counter-top appliance that is able to chill a 12-16oz canned beverage in one minute, 12-16oz bottled beverage in three and a half minutes, and a 750 mL bottle of wine in six minutes from room temperature (78oF/25oC) to cold refrigerator temperature (43oF/6oC). The patented chilling process of horizontally rotating and spraying ice-water on the beverage allows for even and rapid chilling without disturbing any beverage properties like composition, carbonation, or taste. This rotating motion is perfectly safe for carbonated drinks like beer and soda which will not foam over or explode upon opening.
